  I ALWAYS enjoy coming to the Thompson lane medical center location because of Ms nikki...she is very personable and makes u feel like family. Ms nikki is very professional and friendly. Thank u bone fish grill for employing such a great person

  Food was not what we expected for sure. Bang Bang shrimp was good but not the greatest. Rainbow Trout was ok but I can definitely cook trout better, potatoes tasted they were instant and the slaw tasted like pure vinegar. Only thing I could force myself to eat was the trout. Bar inside as well.

  Bonefish Grill is my special place to celebrate, or reward myself. It's not an everyday place. But I bought a birthday meal, apps, soup entree, etc. Even dessert! When I dine in, the seasonal drinks are always fun. If it sounds good, i try it. Never disappointed! The soups, the fresh bread, the caesar salad, the spicy chili shrimp app are consistently good. The seasonal specials are always interesting and delicious. John Cole is my favorite year round dessert. Love their key lime pie when available. Entrees: their sauces and flavor combinations: adventurous but not crazy. Never disappointed! 😋

  Ordered wine, came in an absolutely filthy glass with someone elses lip marks and greasy prints on the outside. They brought a replacement glass that was even worse then the first with someones old food chunks and lip stains on the rim of the glass. Beyond that, we waited nearly an hour to be served lukewarm food on plates the size of post-it notes that barely held the entree and sides... and to call the food temperature lukewarm would be generous. How could food that late also be cold? It defies logic. Server was awesome, and tried his best to cover for the absolute crap show happening behind the scenes, but there was no saving this train wreck. I've had better food and atmosphere at Waffle House, and it doesn't cost almost $200. Absolute embarrassment.

  Always love this place. Our server Jada was excellent. Very personable. Just the right balance. I find all of the staff to be very kind. We made a reservation through open table but when we arrived it was not showing. No fuss We were accommodated without question. And the meal was delicious. I would recommend that all entrees be served on a larger plate. My dining companion's entree was served on a larger plate while mine was on a plate more appropriate for a salad. This is my only criticism.
