They will replaces scoops they dont have enough telling you, they will forget the toppings and when you ask for the toppings you paid extras for you will get wrong toppings and make a horrible mess of the cup to not waste time fixing it. Aleast when you go inside, you can watch them make it and make sure your order is right instead hoping they read the receipt. We ordered 4 items. Only 1 of the 4 was made correctly.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
