  I placed an order at tge drive thru. The fries were old and disgusting. They gave us the wrong sandwich and didn't give us 2 things in the order. I am not going back out in this cold. I am never going back to this location. The service has been going downhill for a while.

  Usually I really like Arby’s and I’m not left upset and wanting more. Me and my friend ordered both ordered chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches and much to our surprise both our sandwich’s lacked cheese and bacon.Which was the main point of getting this particular sandwich. I tried calling the store to let them know and received no answer. :(

  Love Arby’s and was looking forward to trying this location but the food was awful, just brutal. Made us wait because “we’re making new fries” but I don’t know who got them bec ours tasted hours old. Our sandwiches were such a lukewarm temp we worried about food safety and threw them out. Gave 2 stars bec at least the drinks were the right temperature? So now we are enjoying our $20 sodas and wondering where can go to get something to eat that will be half decent bec we sure didn’t get it here.

  I have left outstanding reviews in the past for this Arby's, but my last experience was terrible. I placed my order online when I was in the restaurant. Then I was told they do not make it any more even though it is on their menu on the wall. Because I was charged, there is basically nothing they can do about it except call their headquarters. My daughter has heard that story before and when you call the headquarters, their response is it is the store's responsibility to refund you. I am out $7.00 plus tax. This store should have put a piece of paper over the menu item on the screen if they are not going to offer it anymore.
