    The past 3 times I have gone the staff has been absolutely amazing and my drink has tasted fantastic but every time I ask for light ice and half, if not more, of the cup is filled with ice.

    I have debated on writing this for a while. Because as much as I want to put five stars, there is one thing that is making me put one star and that is pick up orders. Just as a sidenote, there is a girl there that I absolutely LOVE. I wanna say they told me her name is Sarah Kate. She has a great personality and is always a pleasure to work with when I come through. Back to the pick up orders, I have done multiple pick up orders now. I am a full-time employee and a mom so when I do a pick up order it’s usually before I drop my son off at daycare and on my way to work so I have limited time. I’m not expecting my drink to get done at the exact time that the pick up order says. Almost every time it’s10 minutes after my pick up order when I’m finally getting my drink after standing there with my son screaming in the car. This is not the first time this has happened. I would understand if the line is wrapped around the building and there were a limited amount of staff. But like today, and usually in the past, there were only two people in line. And I was the only person at the pick up window. When I walked up all the girls were talking, there were four girls in there, and the girl at the pick up window was making a drink, which I assumed was mine but no, it wasn’t. It was for the car line where there was already a girl at that window. so why was the girl at the pick up window making the order when there was a girl at the car window already. I cannot afford the time when I am prepared and they are not. Like I said, I order ahead BECAUSE I HAVE MY SON IN THE CAR. I give extra time in case they’re busy but with each pick up order taking 10 to 15 minutes AFTER the pick up time listed, and with the circumstances lifted above, I Just feel like this could be better. This is the reason for my one star. However, if I could give Sarah Kate five star, I would.

    I've not had a bad experience with any employees or even my coffee. However, my issue is with the mobile orders. I placed a mobile order at 7:59 am and it said it would be ready at 8:05 am. I arrived right at 8:05 and did expect to wait a couple of minutes, but it was 8:18 am by the time I was getting in my car with my coffee. This is the second time I've placed a mobile order and the second time I've had to wait. After reading other reviews, it appears they don't start making the mobile orders until the customer arrives. That's fine if thats how they want to operate, but the app should state that when placing an order rather than telling us it'll be ready by a certain time. A lot of us place mobile orders to grab and go because we don't necessarily have the time to wait. Please just update the mobile order process to advise customers their orders won't be started until they arrive.
