They say “ Welcome to Dunkin” and just expect you to order without any sort of prompt asking what they can get you, or what would you like today. Then after you order, it’s just “pull around” without regard for any politeness telling you your total or thank you. The window person is nice, but whoever is taking orders- can use some lessons on manners.
