  The service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. The worst in Murfreesboro. Please, if you’re smart, head on over to Surcheros on medical center. Trust me.

  We came here at 7pm and they ran out of fajitas. We said that we can wait for it to be made but they replied that we ran out and are not making more.

  Employee didnt mention one of the "bean" options counted as a protien and didnt offer to replace/scrape it off and put the meat i originally wants- and asked for at the very beginning of my order. Very disappointed. Wish I said something in the moment, but I really shouldn't have to to begin with.

  This review was from my visit on March 21, 2026. I have been to this location several times and can honestly say it's never been a great experience like a lot of other locations. First off, EVERY table was dirty, and I do mean every table!!!!. All four trash cans were completely full and could hardly put my trash in them. The fountain drink and condiment area was a total disaster, dirty, messy, spilled soda everywhere. They were completely out of napkins, I had to ask to get more napkins, that took a couple minutes just to pull from under the cabinet. Ice was overflowing on the catch area of the soda fountain. The floor was a complete disaster as well, food was everywhere. Looks like it hadn't been swept up the whole day. The booths where costomers sit were completely full of food and had not been wiped down. This whole place had not been cleaned/ sanitized at all. I get that they were probably busy, but y'all need to keep your restaurant clean even during busy times. 5 minutes of cleaning could have done wonders. The back of house did not look great either, I did not take pictures of this but again it had not been clean in quite a while. Not sure who was manager on duty that night, but they need to step things up and take responsibility of their shift and restaurant. Very poor experience, most likely will not visit this location again, as this is not the first time this is has happened. Photos I took did not do justice to how dirty this location was.

  Second time in 2 weeks leaving without ordering. THE PLACE IS FILTHY! THE FOOD IS OLD AND DRIED OUT! Counters are dirty, lobby always nasty and not stocked. The on duty manager attitude matches her restaurant… Nasty. She was rude and made excuses when I asked about the old food, dirty counters and lobby. She informed me per corporate employees aren’t, employees aren’t allowed to clean they have to stand there because they are watched on camera. She also said they are really understaffed. I’m like you have employees just standing here doing nothing… that’s when she said they aren’t even allowed to touch a rag lol. Thank God they are building one by my house. I’m scared to see the kitchen based on the present of the the parts we can see. I wish I had taken pics. The manager also, unprofessional walked off in frustration mid conversation. I wasn’t loud or rude. Just a die hard chipotle eater that wanted things a little better. I see why they have a 3.9. Oh! And an employee delt with money and put gloves on and dug in the food without washing his hands all while I was talking to the manager!
