I even anticipated this before I opened the bag, and I don't know whether to be more impressed with my cynicism or the potential gall of the other party. But I ask myself: is it cynical if it's true? Furthermore, am I the quasi-victim of misplaced antagonism or (characteristic it seems) negligence? These are questions we ought to often ask ourselves in general. This is a situation where I wanted something and was denied it. That happens to us all the time, especially if we're ordering from this Chick-fil-A.
