  Worst experience at a carrabba's. Used to be my favorite restaurant, but after this I may never come back. Bathroom is not in good condition. Hosts are overwhelmed, rude, and not friendly. Server was ok, but slow. She left all 3 courses at the same time, which left our dinner cold while we were still eating our salad and then took over 20mins to come back and check on us. Did not refill our drinks during the meal. The real disappointment was the food. Steak was grisly and overcooked. Potatoes and pasta had no flavor. Manager never came over even after we complained. First time ever I was served a salad at carrabba's and the plate was not cold. Honestly, if this was my first time here, we would not come back. This location is disappointing at best. We were overcharged for things that should have been included so We asked for a manager at the end, and she did comp our meal, however we would have preferred to have a better experience. Took home a Johnny bryan and it was terrible. Not sure how you can list it in the menu as wood grilled, when you no longer have a fire oven. False advertisement. I will not return to this location. You need a whole new chef. This one should be fired.

  What an amazing experience we had at this location. They accommodated 35 of us and they did it with such ease and pleasantness..Drew and Tyler - omg! These two were phenomenal. They were hands down two of the best servers we have had at any restaurant as of late ! The food also came out quick and the entire team was just happy to accommodate!

  I love the Green Hills location but wasn't impressed with the Murfreesboro location. Food wasn't great, service was meh and thee atmosphere wasn't impressive at all. Went for our anniversary and left feeling like we should have chose somewhere else instead.

  Been coming to this place for years with my wife to see our favorite bartender and came in last week and she's no longer there. Whoever they had in Bree's place was just nowhere near as personable. The food here is decent but the main reason we came was the service and now that the great service isn't on the table I don't think we'll be back. Just a tip your bartenders should have a little bit of personality. Not to mention I had to fight a fruit fly over my drink the entire time I was there. Yeah I think all in all there are better places to go in Murfreesboro for Italian food

  Call ahead seating is a great idea. Out group of 7 was easily accommodated. Server was well trained. Friendly. Offered menu suggestions and helpful tips. One of the best servers I have experienced anywhere. Each diner in our group reported the good taste of food - but high saltiness. Be advised of this if you have a low salt diet restriction. Bathrooms smelled bad - needed attention.
