  Waited over 30 minutes for just two grilled chickens… kinda ridiculous. They told us to pull forward, but we were still right there in view of the drive-thru the whole time. Meanwhile, like six other cars got their food and left before us. What really got me was seeing employees just standing around inside instead of getting orders out. No updates, no explanation, nothing. It felt like we were completely forgotten about for a super simple order. Definitely shouldn’t take that long, especially when you’re asked to pull up. Just a really frustrating experience.

  Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and botatoes. Tell me why it took 20 minutes for them to give me my food? I could’ve made this food in that amount of time. There’s no excuse for a large chain fast food corporation with industrial equipment to take 20 mins to cook a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with potatoes. Absolutely no excuse

  Bojangles is honestly my go-to fast food stop whenever I’m traveling, and this visit reminded me why. They were crazy fast getting our order out, which is always a huge plus when you’re on the road. We both got the chicken sandwiches and they were seriously good—crispy, flavorful, and honestly on the same level as Chick-fil-A in my opinion. The only small issue was that they forgot to include a spork for my dirty rice. Thankfully I keep some spare silverware in the car, otherwise I probably would’ve had to deduct a star because that would’ve made it pretty hard to eat. Aside from that little oversight, the food was fresh, tasty, and the speed of service was impressive. Definitely one of my favorite fast food stops when traveling.

  Ordered a 3 wing dinner. Got back to my car and took a bite and the wings were barely warm. I went back on the inside to ask for fresh wings and the manager on duty I suppose ( chubby Caucasian lady) had the audacity to have an attitude because I complained the chicken was cold. Proceeded to tell me it will be 25 minutes on some fresh wings. I exchanged it for some legs and left. I should have just requested a refund mainly because of her having an attitude. I guess people don’t have a right to complain about being served food that should have been discarded when the time expired!
