Waited 40 minutes for a whole bunch of nothing, location wasn’t busy. Ended up canceling our order which seems like wasn’t even rung up. Overall poor service

We came in Sunday night after not having B-Dubs in years. The tables were a mess, which I can understand with only a couple of servers on, but it seemed like only one was actually trying to get anything done while taking care of her tables. Our first round of drinks took nearly ten minutes, while our server was visibly on his phone or watching the game the entire time. Even while holding the waters we asked for, was on the phone. We had to flag him down for nearly everything, including silverware. A couple of times if we asked for something, he would acknowledge us, keep watching the game while slowly wiping tables down, and then eventually get to it. The strangest part was after flagging him down again, he stood DIRECTLY behind us with his coworker and watch and talk about the basketball game that was on. I can understand completing sidework while still serving tables, but you still have tables that need to be checked on and should not have to flag someone down for literally everything. The food was good, but the service needs to be more on point.

Absolutely terrible experience, mostly thanks to the worst host I’ve ever encountered. Walked in with my family on Thursday night. This guy—let’s call him Bozo—had patchy hair looking like a clown who wandered in from the discount circus rack, sporting some yellow LeBron jr. jersey Barely acknowledged us, mumbled, and dumped us at a booth. Then the real nightmare: he spent our entire meal leaning over us watching the TVs, elbows on the mantle right above our booth, breathing down our necks, staring at our plates with a half chub…The whole time. Heavy breathing, bad B.O., zero personal space. My 8-year-old kept scooting away in discomfort. We were so creeped out we could barely eat. Wanted to tell him to back off, but the blank stare and swaying made it seem like he might have special needs, so I just suffered in silence and rushed us out. Wings were overcooked and bland anyway, but who could taste them? Management needs to keep this host far away from customers or retrain him yesterday. Ruined our night. Never coming back. 1 star. Avoid this location

My mother and I had lunch here, our appetizer came out ice cold in the middle (pretzel bites). Mistakes happen, no big deal but when our main course came out my side of Mac and cheese had a cold spot that felt like it had been in the fridge. My only guess is they put the bowl in the microwave and didn’t stir it up then reheat it. The ironic part is the lady who dropped off the food stated, “nice and hot for you ladies”. The food did not come out quickly so I’m not what the problem was. At the end, I was uncharged for the Mac and when I asked about it I was told they didn’t charge me for the side salad (I ordered it instead because I gave up on trying to get hot food) but much would’ve been an extra $5. Mistake after mistake without much care about them was our experience. Will definitely be our last time here at this location unfortunately.
