  Let me start with Renee is amazing! It was our 1st time. The line went super quick so we struggled to look at the menu before getting to her. I swear she knew the menu by heart and helped each of us(full car). All her suggestion were spot on.

  Probably the worst experience I have ever had!!!! Seriously the girl with dark hair was slamming the door and said we couldn’t make a drink extra sweet???? Honestly sad.

  I heard so many good things about 7Brew so I was excited to try them. It was a horrible experience and I probably won’t go back. The employees were the worst part about it, but they were also out of oat milk and muffies. One of the 3 drinks wasn’t even good enough to drink. But the employees. We pulled up and two were in a deep discussion and we weren’t acknowledged for at least a full minute. There were at least 6 employees working, we were the only car, yet it took 5+ minutes to get our drinks. The girl helping us had no interest in good customer service. She was yelling and talking to the employees inside. It was just bad all the way around. Very disappointed.

  Swag days are always a blast! Great energy from all of the team! Shift leads made a point to come out and thank everyone they could to thank them for being a part of their big day! This stand manager in training from Bowling Green, KY had a wonderful customer experience! Keep up the amazing work BREW-TIFULS!

  I’ve been going to 7 brew since I lived in Indy… not at all impressed with this location- they got the orders wrong a few times, I watched them pour the wrong drink into a bigger cup and instead of remaking it the right way.. I’ve gotten the wrong drink multiple times. We go to the Kentucky location all the time and we go to other Tennessee location.. it’s frustrating and annoying the location closest to where I live is so messed up. The lack of service and correctness is a bummer and disappointment - I just won’t tip anymore if I stop in….
