  They need to hire some help. Wait time is way to long but the few they have working are nice

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. After waiting 20 minutes being 3rd in line from the speaker box, with no line movement, they finally start telling folks something wrong with system. After telling them to cancel my order, I drove around the building and realized they didn't have my name. So, I go park and try to walk in, doors are locked. Lobby full of police eating their food, even a trooper getting and paying for his food. After knocking for a bit, a cop did let me in and said they were closed but had only just them in. But then the cop let me in. I asked the cashier what was up. He said system was down, but when I called him out for servicing the cops but not the rest of us, a line 15 cars long, he had nothing to say and they the cop that let me in originally threatened to trespass me, although nobody in Taco Bell had even requested that. Cop made me leave and wouldn't let me say anything else to the cashier. I get to my vehicle, I realize they still don't know my name to cancel the order. I go back again and knock on the door, cop is very reluctant to even come to the door. Cashier finally walked over and opened the door. I tried giving him my name to cancel the order and he said he doesn't have a button for that. Amazing to see transactions happening in front of my face, but I get refused service for what, absolutely no reason. Yes, I am saying that the "system being down" was a lie, it's clear when other people get served.

  Not a lot of places to eat in town but Taco Bell by far has the best service. My food is always good and I always get exactly what I asked for.
