I'm doing three stars because I go five to six days out of the week and More than half of those times my fries are always dumped out in my bag or Happy meal....can we please learn how to place the items in the bag without dumping the fries out!

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! If you all are going to be rude to customers then find another job! It’s ridiculous how you all give cold burgers and fix your sandwiches like CRAP! They put no effort into anything!

Worst Mcds ever. Walked in, sticky floors, trash on tables and floor. Smells like homeless people.
Issues with kiosk to order (and they were very stick too like kids wiped their nasty hands all over). Waited 10 minutes to get assistance even though EVERY employee looked directly at me and never asked if I needed assistance.
No one at the front counter and refused to take my order at front counter.
After receiving the order left and checked my bag in my vehicle. Issue with simple order. Went through the drive thru. Kid at the 2nd window heard me out and got a replacement.
Handed me my bag. VERY VERY poor attitude from start to finish. I let him know too and blankly stared at me and slammed the window.
For this mcd being in Mt. "Pleasant" it wasn't very pleasant...
How is this place still open!?!?
