  I’ve been in line for 25 minutes waiting on 2 meals. The car in front of me is still sitting at the window. The order is front of me was 1 meal, what is going on? Won’t be back. Prices are too insane for having to take 30-45 mins to get my kids a “quick” meal

  Always friendly voices because we always do the drive-through. I did pop in once to use the restroom and it was nice and clean.

  I love Taco Bell it's amazing and I have a friend that works there family likes to pester sometimes and it's all In good spirits. And all the staff is sweet. They are fast and never got my order wrong🫰🏼.

  What a hole. The grill staff seemed to have it together, but the rest of the kids with no supervision ruined it. We waited almost 20 min for our food. They forgot our drinks, then, after waiting another 5 for anyone to acknowledge me (I had to step to almost behind the counter to get someone's attention), they informed me they were out of one of them. As we watched the little girls behind the counter play and fall on the floor, never changing gloves after, my appetite was nearly ruined, and we were still waiting for them to ask us what other drink we'd like to replace the one they were out of. I had to, once again, go to the edge of behind the counter to get a cup for a regular drink. Food was barely warm when we were finally able to sit and eat. Taste was good, but what happened to the portion sizes?? Cleanliness could have been better, also. Someone hire a manager here to babysit these children ASAP.

  There was a bug in my taco. First they got my order wrong! When I came through the drive the second time to get the right order. The woman on the headset had an attitude. When I finally got my right order I opened the taco to find a bug in it. Came back for the third time on my lunch to get a refund and told the assistant store manager with the red hair my experience and she was nonchalant and confirmed she saw the bug in my taco. She disregarded my experience and the bug just to acknowledge the reason my order was wrong was because it was rung up wrong. I don’t understand why that was the only thing to acknowledge. What about the bug in the room with us? Never coming back. No thank you.
