We work in fast food and we understand how frustrating it can be, especially at night and with certain coworkers, however how we were treated and talked to was… surprising. We had three orders total, we got the first two in about 7 minutes but we waited another 10-15 for the last one, the lady up front told the woman in the back with a blue/teal shirt that we were still waiting on the last order, the woman in blue snapped at her and said she already made it, the woman up front told her there were three orders and she hadn’t made the last one yet. When we got our last order and we sat down I realized my burger was wrong, i told my friend ill just eat it anyway and my friend said no, she was already rude to us we shouldn’t have to eat food we didn’t order, my friend walked up to the counter and explained I got the wrong burger, I heard the woman in blue raise/yell her voice at her, I walked up to the counter and told the woman i got the wrong burger, i was given a baconator and i ordered a dave’s single with no pickles and no onions. She interrupted me and said she has made the baconator like 3 times, then she walks to the kitchen and goes “what was it.” i told her what i ordered, she made it and gave it to me then rolled her eyes. I have never asked for a manager before or complained, i’m the type to eat something i didn’t order or just leave if something is wrong, but the way she treated all three of us was something i haven’t experienced yet. I stayed at the counter and she asked what i wanted, i asked her if there was a manager here and she said she was the manager, i told her that we all work in fast food and i get how nights can get, but rolling her eyes, raising her voice, interrupting us and treating us like we’re stupid wasn’t okay. She kept saying it was just because of her coworker and “i apologize if you felt some way” she was still talking to us with an attitude to we just told her to have a good night and we went to our table to eat. We started to write this review then she walked up to us with 3 frosties (we do love frosties) then started talking about her mother in the hospital and her 6 kids. I truly know what it’s like to go through very difficult times, but using that as an excuse for treating teenagers who were being kind and understanding, since again we work in food we get it, isn’t okay. We then heard her talking to another customer in the same tone. If what she told us is true about her family, im sorry that she is having to work during this time. The woman who told her that we were still waiting for our food had walked off somewhere, and the woman in blue was being rude to her while we were waiting at first. I don’t know if the woman is just one of those coworkers to walk off or if she was in the bathroom upset about how she was treated by a manager. This was a long rant i apologize, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such out of the blue hostility from a manager.

Two of my friends and I came in and ordered three separate orders, one came out immediately, the second shortly after, and then we continued waiting for 10 minutes, which we had zero problem waiting. Then the second order came out wrong, I went back up to the counter and very nicely asked for it to be corrected, as someone who also works in fast food, I understand how difficult and stressful the industry can be, the manager who asked me what was wrong very literally snatched the burger from my hand and yelled “I made it three times idk what’s wrong with it!” and when me and my friends called her out on being very rude to paying customers, she claimed it’s because another employee yelled at her. The behavior is still unacceptable. She then came back to our table with three frostys for us and told an entire story of how her “mother is in the hospital, she has six kids, and is very stressed”. While telling that story she ALSO yelled at my friend “don’t look at me like that I look good for having six kids” Which I find genuinely ridiculous. She also then proceeded to speak to other customers in an aggressive tone. Unfortunately none of us saw her name because she was not wearing a name tag, but I really am confused how it’s tolerable for a manager of a store to speak to customers that way.

Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru for a total of three cars. Realized we had been given a completely different order after we pulled off. Drove back and went inside. They admitted their mistake; unfortunately, this is where it the complete unprofessionalism begins. We wait around another 10-15 minutes and decide to check on the status of order. The workers had literally taken the wrong order away and nothing else. Did not attempt to remake the correct order. Manager cops an attitude while we had remained completely calm. We requested a refund since it was clear they were not remaking the order. This is unacceptable. Do better. We will not support this place anymore.
