Keeping the info below until they're back at a full 5 stars 🤞🏼 -- About a month ago this place went downhill, fast. It went from the best Taco Bell to one of the worst overnight, with missing items in the order, over 30 minute wait times and staff yelling at each other in the back. It's a shame to see one of our favorite places for lunch or dinner become one of the most inconvenient fast food spots in Mount Juliet. I'm willing to change this review if it gets better but for now I had to let the people know! With enough feedback I hope the hiring manager gets a reality check and fixes the issue. Please save our favorite Taco Bell!
