One of my spicy POTATO tacos had some oboe had Chicken in it the other one the potato’s were stale and cold, and then my stacker tasted horrible literally like raw potatoes. And honestly from the reviews i have seen on here this place needs to step up their game and $10.60 ARE WE SERIOUS. every other taco bell i have been to tasted actually good the place SUCKS.

After calling around I was told they were the only store to have my order. I called back and they admitted to having it and then the lady who I was speaking to handed over the phone to another girl who I assumed was the manager. She was incredibly rude and she continuously kept cutting me off. She kept trying to explain that they were not able to see my information which I understood but I asked do I go to support for a refund or can they issue it, she never answered my question, instead she felt the need to keep interrupting me to make a point I’m not worried about. Her tone and behavior is disgusting she clearly needs further training. I asked what her name was and clearly she was too embarrassed to give it to me because she then abruptly put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back twice and they never picked the phone up. If you’re going to treat people disrespectfully don’t be embarrassed and refuse to give them your name lmao. She needs to be fired, I had pleasant experiences multiple times in the past, but I will not order from the location again because of tonight.
