    This by far is the worst Sonic I don't even see how it's still open. Ordered the fish sandwich extra tartar sauce with cheese and a route 44 dragon lemonade. First the sandwich had no cheese on it and no extra tartar sauce I took the sandwich back to the young lady that brought out which she was very kind and told her what was wrong. Then a gentleman comes and tells me they are out of tartar sauce so they put mayonnaise on there instead without telling me what if I was allergic to mayonnaise? Then I told him there was no cheese on the sandwich so he went back in i waited for about 5 minutes open the sandwich all ge did was put a cold piece of cheese on my b sandwich which was cold now it didn't even melt and didn't have the courtesy to make me a fresh one. Then i taste the dragon fruit lemonade it had no lemonade tasted like a cherry limeade with dragonfruit syrup. I try to give this sonic a chance but it fails me everytime they need to make changes to staff and management.

    I am very disappointed in my experience with this Sonic location. I ordered via the Sonic app and my food was supposed to be ready at 6:20. I arrived around 6:25 and parked in a stall and entered the # in my app. I waited 10 minutes and watched an employee carry in 3 pizzas to the staff of probably all teenagers. They consumed the pizzas and looked to be just socializing and not doing their jobs. I called the location and spoke to a polite young guy who checked and my order had been received, but he wasn’t sure why it was not ready. Shortly thereafter, a nice young lady brought the order to me, 17 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. If there had been many patrons or the staff had been visibly working hard, I would have understood why the wait was so long. But, this is what happens when you let kids run a restaurant. After reading numerous bad reviews for this Sonic, you would think the owner/mgmt would change things immediately. I suggest this happen, or you will have to close down like the rest of the businesses who don’t take care of their customers.

    I normally NEVER post negativity on Google about restaurants because I understand how it can be. I was on my lunch break and had to pull into not 1, not 2, not 3 but 5 DIFFERENT stalls just to end up placing a mobile order because no one would answer me. Multiple of the screens don’t work, and I got a notification on the stall saying someone was on their way out with my order and low and behold no one was. I spent almost 30 minutes simply trying to order and then ended up being late back from my break.
