Ordered grinch meal and they did not give me a receipt OR the grinch socks (after getting home I realized this) then when I called customer service they said I had to go back to the store (thats a 40min round trip drive for me) and I wasn't going to be going that way the next day. When I did go back the employees were RUDE again just like when I was there originally they refused to do ANYTHING to make this right!!! I will tell everyone I know to never go there again and I will certainly NOT go back. Oh and the "DM" supposedly is who I spoke to there.

- BRBill RayNov 15, 20252.0Drive thru at 9pm took forever seemingly to only get Luke warm fish filet and near warm fries with a bad tasting sprite obviously from a dirty coke freestyle machine. What the what?!?? You pay top dollar prices for scrappy food AND service. So mcD's sends a dead end link as basically no nothing type response to try and fake a response or take it off line so no one can see that they didn't do anything but go through the motions. Cut the clown act, be responsible and make things right. If you worked as hard to take care of customers as you do to dodge and not make things right McD's wouldn't be scrambling to try find out why they've lost so much business!!! It'll be some time before we consider coming back that's for sure.
