I think the main concern here is that service can be slow at times, but even then, the wait time is far less than just about any Starbucks around. For a fraction of the cost, I get better coffee drinks and food than any other coffee place around. The options are pretty much endless, just like any Starbs- customize any drink. Use the app- there are a lot of savings to be had!

Came to this location today and ordered the same thing and it didn’t taste the same at all. It wasn’t even sweet so whoever was making it clearly didn’t follow the instructions. It wasn’t creamy either so I know they didn’t use oatmilk or cream. It was watery. They definitely were running on autopilot and made it the original way. I asked them to add sweetener and they did but didn’t ask to remake the whole thing because I didn’t wanna burden them. Dunkin seems to be inconsistent.
