The sticker also said oat milk. No indication of cream. Well the employee who made it must’ve just disregarded the sticker. It was definitely made with cream. Needless to say they don’t care to be aware of peoples allergies.

Despite paying for an extra espresso shot and asking for less ice, my cup was underfilled, full of ice, and tasted entirely like plain milk. Routinely clearly cutting corners here.

People complain about the quality of the food items but that’s not their fault. No one goes to a Dunkin to get a good quality sandwich. Any time they mess up my drink they’re more than happy to remake it. We’re all human and mistakes happen, so I’ll never understand when people get genuinely angry about it. The space is always clean, and the drinks are delicious. They’re doing great!
