  First time going to Sonic since forever and I loved it. I got the triple smashburger with mozzarella sticks and it was all so flavorful and delicious. Usually all burger joints start tasting the same to me, like subway, but sonic is always refreshing.

  I ordered a cheeseburger only ketchup with a large groovy fries off doordash from here. When I get my food my burger doesn't have anything on it and it tastes like it had sat for a while before being made. They left out my large fries. I don't recommend door dashing from here because you'll get old food and half your order will be left out.

  Every single time I have been there they have left out additions I paid for (whipped cream, flavor additions, etc.). I have ordered both in person and on the mobile app about five or six times over the past few months and nothing has improved. They straight up get the wrong drink and when I go get it exchanged they still somehow give the wrong drink.

  There is a very nice young man that works there I’d say 20-25 years old and has reddish hair. Anyways, my bacon double cheeseburger that I had gotten earlier today didn’t have any bacon on it so I went back and explained that I had talked to the manager and he said that it could be replaced for me. He was polite and very professional. I haven’t seen good customer service like that in 15 years. If he’s not a manager, he needs to be!!
