  I love McDonald's p e r i o d when I come here the food is good it's hot most of the time I do recommend thia McDonald's on West Andrew Johnson highway for sure 9 out of 10 the south is good

  Drive Thru (only myself / no other car in line) (Order on Mobile Ap) Pull up Drive Thru-sat there for awhile with no one communicating with me through microphone system [even after saying Hello about 3 times] I proceed to window where your order is given to you. Young girl opened the main window and immediately said I can not help you.... Not a Hi, how are you doing.... It's I CAN'T..... Great 1st impression. What if I was someone with hearing issue) Explained that no one would communicate with me through mic/speaker system. She repeated herself I can not help you. I showed her my order number and she proceeded to tell person next to her my online order code. I feel that she had something bothering her but she shouldn't be communicating her frustration to paying customer. She then tells me to move forward. I didn't make out what she said at first in which she replies with loud /upset tone. Go to the pick up window.. which was confusing because I was the only one in drive thru. I prceed to move up to last window(closet to exit door) sat there thinking. . Why is she so upset to express herself way she did... Please remember that there are people with disabilities that may need extra attention and/or some people have no one in their life and that unpleasant exchange could have ruin that person evening for rest of day/night. The Mc Doubles were good.

  I ordered thru the app to pick up in the drive thru. My husband and son wanted McDonald's for dinner since I was running late and didn't have dinner even thought out. My order was not ready when I got there (I customized one of the burgers) which was fine. However, when it was, the employee at the window literally threw the bag at me. I caught it thankfully but the size of the bag was way too small for the order. I held it closed on the way home so nothing would end up on the floor. Was home less than 10 minutes from picking it up. The two orders of fries were cold,old and stale. The customized burger was SUPER GREASY too. My order consisted of two medium fries, two quarter pounders w cheese (the customized one and the other as it comes). Cost almost $28.00!! Ridiculous! Im so glad I don't like McDonald's. It would be close to $40.00 of I added another meal or separate items w out the meal option.

  Apparently they don’t know what a triple cheese burger is. Comes with 3 patties and extra cheese. Not a single patty and no cheese. The crap? Come on yall. Dude at the speaker was super rude and just annoyed I wanted food. Awful job from yall
