  Every time I go through the drive through and I’m owed less than 5 cents they never give me my change and when I ask about it they say they don’t carry Pennies. This is absurd. I don’t care if it’s a penny or not. This establishment is not entitled to keeping my money that doesn’t belong to them!

  Got the new Big Mac through the online order went and picked it up .got back home they gave me a raw hamburger

  I hate to say it but this has to be the worst McDonald's I have been to. Service was horrible. One employee returning to work walks right into me standing at the counter like it was my responsibility to move out of his way. No napkins to be found anywhere. I tried the big arch, first bite was messy, and there weren't any napkins. The Arch is another story. I went to get ketchup from the dispenser and it was bone dry. I will not go back to this location. Save your money on the Arch.

  Always check my order to make sure it's correct. I've had frequent errors. This time it was ok.

  I go here often after work in the mid afternoon and they always take good care of me. I tend to have customized orders, and they always get it right. Everyone has been very friendly.
