I've filed complaints and sent to corporate at this point but it doesn't matter. I ask for a plain son of baconator and every time without fail. Outside of the stars aligning and the prophecies foretelling, they slam as much ketchup and mayonaise as possible on the thing and then tell me or my dad picking it up with a flat straight face. "yes it's plain! I made sure!" Over the last 2-3 years it's been this way. I don't even know why I bother. Next time I'll just spend the money and go to applebees or freddy's nearby. Heck I may just order something like a chicken sandwhich and maybe then that's the secret to getting a son of baconator plain. I only go to this play when a family member wants something from there, but at this point I'm tired of paying 8 bucks for them to not even bother to read a mobile app order then lie straight to my face. I'm sure the manager will send me another apology ridden e-mail or call. offer me 10 dollars in credit to get a son of baconator with ketchup and mayonnaise again. Nothing will change. Just don't even go to this location. I don't think I'll go to one ever again. Honestly don't even bother with wendy's with all the choices around you.
