I returned to the store, and the manager and staff told me that all the bowls are pre-made and to "wait 5 minutes" and try to eat it then. There was no offer to replace the unsatisfactory bowl with something she would like better. After several minutes, the base began to thaw, but it turned to icy chunks. There was no smooth texture as the name would suggest. The bowl was awful, and she could not eat it. Don't get this overpriced and underwhelming bowl.
