  There is a very nice young man that works there I’d say 20-25 years old and has reddish hair. Anyways, my bacon double cheeseburger that I had gotten earlier today didn’t have any bacon on it so I went back and explained that I had talked to the manager and he said that it could be replaced for me. He was polite and very professional. I haven’t seen good customer service like that in 15 years. If he’s not a manager, he needs to be!!

  Absolutely nothing we ordered was given to us correctly, the sizes were incorrect, soda water instead of sprite, soggy tots not to mention she had to come back to us twice due to forgetting a drink and sides. There were maybe 2 other customers definitely not busy enough for the kind of quality we were given .... Um pretzels were good though

  I ordered a large cup of ice. Half way thru eating it I noticed it had a color at the bottom. I dumped it out. It either had a drink it in that was dumped out or the ice was just that nasty. And you can kinda tell when there has been a drink in it. So my guess is the ice was just that nasty!!!!
