  Just stood at the register for 8 minutes nobody in the place employees in back playing around. Nobody came to take or order. Stepped to the side watched them play.decided to go to Jersey mikes first time here never got to try it.

  I have been supporting this store since they opened, as I am huge fan of Jimmy Johns and I am glad they are here in Morristown. I ordered a sandwich via the mobile app, and when I got my sandwich, I was disappointed that it was not like the last several orders I had placed previously. I know that mistakes happen and this could have been an off night, but I want these guys to succeed - so I let them know that the sandwich was not consistent like other orders in the past. The manager Eric, reached out to me the same day, within an hour or so of my communication and went above and beyond to make it right. 5 Star service all the way. Great management, great staff, great product. Thank you so much.

  Disappointed they didn't include my JJ club number. No discount at all for law enforcement officers. Every other Jimmy John's location I've ever been to has given one. But apparently this owner doesn't care about giving a break for your first responders. Enjoy your business. I'll be at Jersey Mike's if you need me.
