Every time I come here, I wait 10 mins+ in the drive through to pay and get my food. Even when I order ahead through the mobile app, I still wait over 10 mins and the drive through/inside will be empty. I 98% of the time get hashbrowns (sometimes loaded) which are usually undercooked/soggy. I always have to check my bag before pulling away to only end up asking for a fork (loaded hashbrowns) and napkins which is ridiculous. I’ve always just assumed they were understaffed and maybe disorganized some but lately it’s gotten bad. The other locations in Morristown and in Jeff City are so much better in my opinion. Guess I’ll have to start changing up my routine and go elsewhere ˙◠˙
