The employees were both polite even though the man was arguing about them giving him a side of uncooked pepperoni. They were very professional but they should have the authority to refuse him service in the future. As a manager of fortune 100 company I would never allow any customer to disrespect my associates. Great job to the ladies and the way they handled it.
