I had ordered a large chips and queso that wasn’t in my bag plus all the toppings I had chose to be on the side were missing. My husband picked it up, so he didn’t check the bag. The last time I ordered from this location, my burrito bowl was covered in something hot that I didn’t order so I had to throw it away. I didn’t bother with it the first time, but after two messed up orders I decided to call. I was sent to a customer service line and they needed my order number. I looked on the app and my email and there was a detailed list of my items but no order number. The gentleman with customer service told me to call him back when I had an order number. It was their mistake and they didn’t give me an order number and the attitude from customer service was like oh well. I was so happy to get a chipotle in Morristown but the customer service is terrible.
