TERRIBLE! Went about a week ago and did a mobile order. Got to the window and they were out of cheese. Refused to refund my order unless I sat on the phone with their 1-800 number and talked to them. Never could get someone on the phone. Went again this evening and they made mine and my husband’s mobile order wrong. When he went back to the restaurant, they refused to remake our orders and said that was how we ordered it. It most definitely was not. So over $40 this week spent at Chipotle with no food in exchange. This is also coming from someone that has never written a bad review in their life until now. Beyond ridiculous

Took my daughter for her birthday dinner she’s been looking forward to this place opening spent $80+ and the lady who claimed to be the manager on shift was rude when we asked for sweat tea when they were out! Our food was cold just a couple minutes after hitting the table and the bowls we paid $15 for barely had rice or meat and overloaded with toppings that made it mushy. Don’t know if we’ll be back for a while. Definitely a miss on their part!

Me and my wife were so excited to get a Chipotle in town. Sadly we were disappointed. I order online for pick on at 6:50. I'm glad I got there 10 minutes early because the food was ready and sitting on the shelf. Seems great but I put it for pick up a certain time for a reason. If I hadn't showed up it would be even more cold and disgusting then is already was. Cold food. Bad Service. They were not that busy when I went in. The crazy part is there was no food in my bowl at all. Did not put chicken or veggies. Just cold beans and rice. Yummy! Not! Ya'll have one job, we will continue to travel out of town for the goods. If this is how its gonna be they will not last long. Do not recommend. I don't normally do this stuff but ya'll should have put some chicken in my bowl and not left out my chips for my guac.... Lets get it together!

I understand this is a new restaurant in this area. I understand they are busy. But Lord HELP I've never had worse service. The first time Inwaited 30-40 minutes for a mobile order. Fine, whatever. They gave us free drinks. The drink machine was out of syrup. I get it; they were busy. Finally get my food. I ordered hard shells and was given soft. I cannot eat soft shells due to an intolerance. Went back inside and explained thinking it had been a mixup. No, they had simply replaced the shells, WITHOUT ASKING, because they had ran out of hard shells. Bless the girl I was talking to because she found some. I went back today, and the drive thru was busy, but inside was relatively dead. I stood there waiting to order and was ignored by the woman behind the counter and the two men behind her. She finally told me that they weren't taking orders inside because the drive thru was too busy. I've never heard of that, but to each their own. I probably won't be back for a while, if ever, because the customer service has been horrendous.

I went to the new Chipotle on opening day (Thursday), and honestly, it went really smoothly for how busy they were. There were about 15 people ahead of me, but the line moved fast. I’d say I made it to the front in about 20–25 min, which wasn’t bad at all for day one. The staff was friendly, patient, and professional, and you could tell they were doing their best to keep things running smoothly. My chicken bowl was overall really good, the area was clean, and it felt like a positive first day experience. I spent $12.00 on a chicken bowl with queso
Then I went back three days later to try out their new drive thru mobile pickup lane for a chicken quesadilla. For now, quesadillas orders are mobile only. I placed my order at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 pickup, but the drive thru line was a nightmare. It took about 50 minutes just to get to the window, and then I waited another 15 minutes there. The issue seemed to be that the person working the window kept getting pulled away to help make food on the other side, which caused everything to back up. My quesadilla was $13 and my Mandarin drink was $3 . After tax, it was $18.95 which is a bit steep.
To be fair, it was a busy Saturday lunchtime, and they’re still in their opening week, so I get that they’re figuring things out. The staff was still super friendly and surprisingly my quesadilla wasn’t cold or bad at all. It was actually really good, and I’d definitely order it again… just not through the drive thru mobile pick up.
Overall, I’m giving this location 3 stars because of the food quality and I know they’ll get the drive thru process smoothed out over time.
