Yesterday I stopped by this location as it is the only fast food location on my commute home that doesn’t involve a beef patty between two slices of spongy white bread, and we didn’t want to cook… I pull up to the drive thru and AI takes my order and I thought, wow. That’s pretty cool, it gave me a total and asked me to pull to the window. I said thank you (although I don’t know why as it isn’t human).. I get to the window and wait a few moments until a very apologetic young lady covered in flour or breading dust comes up and says that she is so sorry, but they will not be able to fulfill my order of an 8 pc chicken box because they are out of chicken. Stated that they didn’t expect to sell that much chicken so fast. I asked if I could cancel my order and she politely said yes, no problem. I went on my merry way and called my wife and said we will have to cook tonight as the chicken restaurant is out of chicken. Insert chuckle here, please. On my way home today (the day after) my wife and I decided that Bojangles was on our mind yesterday and now we are kind of craving it as this location has great chicken in my opinion, and to reiterate, they were sold out yesterday. I once again pull through the drive thru and order the same 8 pc chicken box through the wonderfully receptive and kind artificial intelligence. With a smile on my face and delight building in my stomach as my cravings will now become a reality, I gently pull up to the window only to find that same young lady coming to the window saying the same exact thing. Apologizing because they were out of chicken yet again…apparently they could not fulfill the order because they didn’t have two thigh pieces to complete the order. I thankfully negotiated to receive 8 pieces of whatever chicken they had left. I had to wait about 5 minutes at the window as this obviously confused someone and finally a young teenage boy politely handed me a bag large enough to hold 10 of these 8 piece chicken boxes with my small box laying at the bottom and said “here you go, sir”. I replied with a thank you and simply drove off. The good news is that the chicken was wonderful, but the experience? Not so much. How does this happen two nights in a row? Did the same folks not learn a lesson from the night before?

So slow. Couldn’t even order on my lunch break because they take one persons order, cook it, serve it, and then come back for the next one. Slowest place I have been to
