If I could give negative stars I would. This place forgot half our food out and not only that the woman taking my order sounded like she was a zombie. Everybody was huddle at the drive thru and making things weird. Do better

Had a French Dip meal for dinner. Ate in.
Went to get a soda (Dr Pepper) to drink from the self service machine in dining area. It was pure syrup, no carbonation. I asked the server to check and fix. Never happened the entire time I was eating. According to sales slip, Employee was : KyrleighC
I ended up selecting Sweet Tea.
The customer service was unacceptable. This falls on manager’s daily reinforcement of training and setting expectations for the absolute best customer service in every aspect of the business regardless of task, position or event during service hours.
Need help with that, owner or site manager can post a reply or response to my feedback.
