  Arby’s food is delicious. Same recipe they’ve been serving for years. The customer service, on the other hand, has taken a toll.

  The associate that worked the drive through was not very good at understanding request. When I called the manager to explain the problem I had they were no better, poor manager poor training. Lunch hours this place is top notch, my advice don’t go after 5

  Used drive through. Very nice workers. Food was great. Our favorite Arby's. If you are in Morristown Tn it is worth the stop.

  I’ve worked in customer service for over 9 years and enjoy the occasional fast food pickup. I went to this Arby’s 11/7/2025 and had an amazing experience! I went though the drive thru and the worker who took my order and payment was amazing! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was so incredibly kind and quick! 10/10 believe people need to look to her for service! I’ve only been to this Arby’s a handful of times but every time I have come it’s always been amazing food and customer service!
