  Service is really slow. Needed a drink carrier and waited 20 minutes after being ignored by the staff. Even yelled excuse me when they walked by. Got no response. No courtesy what do ever. Unfriendly staff.

  Usually a great McDonald's. Been going here since 2005. Don't know what happened today . No wait in the drive thru but received cold fries , no ranch or ketchup in my bag and both are on my receipt . Big Mac, chicken nuggets and quarter pounder were at room temperature. After waiting 8 minutes to receive my food it should have been hot and fresh. It wasn't. Very disappointed. Prior visits were a 5 star. Today one star for the friendly employee taking the order. The only thing good about this order was the sodas. $40 down the drain

  went in one time. used the restroom and it smelled nasty. when i ordered, i could see fries all over the kitchen floor. I would just go to wendy's on the next exit or sonic right next door. im from the area and there are better places in surrounding towns.

  Has to be the dirtiest and rudest people ever to work at a mcdonald's probably the worst mcdonald's, i've ever been to.And i've been all over the world
