  Not all McDonald's are the same. This location, should serve as the model for all fast food businesses. Efficient, kind, accurate orders, and exceptionally run.

  Corporate…..for the love of all that is holy, you NEED to re-staff this location. I have lived coast-to-coast and have been a consumer of many McDonald’s locations. Never have I ever experienced this level of laziness, ineptness, and a sheer of lack of professionalism and care to work. 30 minutes in line EACH time I attempt to order from this location is abysmal. Half the time my order is wrong, cold or missing something. Today I left after yet ANOTHER 30 minutes of waiting for a food item. Wasn’t worth it …..why submit reviews if you don’t read them or bother to make improvements? This location is the definition of poor leadership. Period.

  Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes no one ever came I ordered ahead on the app. Some one could’ve atleast said something. Service is horrible. I can’t comment on the food because I never received it.

  Most of my times stopping into this McDonald's have been positive experiences, however my last visit i decided to try the big arch...mistake. this was the single greasiest burger I have ever gotten. Period. The taste was...greasy. literally I couldn't taste anything over the grease, and the burger patty fell apart as I was eating it. I also ordered fries with no salt...guess what? Salted. Im still giving it a mid score as I said most of my visits have been good, but i will not be ordering another big arch. I added a Pic of the aftermath of the big arch debacle so you could see the grease. Enjoy 😉

  Filet O'Fish is my favorite of all fast food sandwiches. So, I walked in and ordered one filet o'fish (no fries, no drink) in an almost empty restaurant, and I waited almost 20 minutes. It was clear when I received my sandwich that it had been made earlier (probably when I ordered at the kiosk), and sat there for 20 minutes before a worker casually strolled by and decided to actually put it in a bag and hand it to me. I have never seen a restaurant crew move so slowly or seem to care so little about the work that they are doing. I now know that I should avoid this particular store. P.S. - Subsequent to this submission, McDonalds responded to me with their own link to apparently provide more detail. Unfortunately, I had no idea what the store number was as I don't have my receipt because I was traveling (I guess store numbers are not generally published) Furthermore, the "Find a McDonald's" link did not work as described at their website. So, I've now wasted another 20 minutes of my life and have come no closer to bringing this to the attention of management.
