Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered two burgers. When I received I smelt a strong odor than normal. Didn’t think much of it. And when I got home. I noticed the meat out the burgers was sour. They sold me bad meat. Had to throw them away. It was the morning crew

I decided to stop at what a burger in Raleigh, Tennessee. I am not a food critic nor do I criticize businesses based upon the fact other than my actual experience and this is my first time at any one of their locations ever, and unfortunately, I have to tell you that for $21. I got a burger, an onion ring and drink order. It will be my last time at any one of the franchises. All the hype of bringing here to Tennessee, that was so greatly anticipated according to Google, and everyone else well, I beg to differ, I can think of a whole lot more things that I can do with $20 other than to get a semi Char broiled burger with 3 jalapenos on it and some chopped onions and a couple of tomatoes. The Onion rings, however, were greasy and flimsy. The only thing I enjoyed was the drink, isn't that sad folks? So I would sadly say to reconsider spending that kind of money because they don't have a burger on the menu even by yourself under 9 or $10, and if you get the triple meat burger, I believe that sandwich by itself is at least $13. I\nCould make something similar to that that has some flavor and some seasoning in the meat. However, Whataburger doesn't have anything. There's no flavor

Food was good and order correct, but they are always so slow with getting to food to you in the drive through. Even with only 1 other car in line.

Every time I place an order up there the fries are never fresh! I have to ask for fresh fries again and they still will hand me cold greasy fries! At this point, I just don’t understand what’s up with not getting FRESH FRIES when I paid for the meal to be fresh. I was excited about Whataburger coming to Millington, but now I regret it because the customer service sucks. It’s like how are you upset with me because I gave you these cold fries back, so now you have an attitude and closed the window door on me. Management needs to be retrained to train their employees better. If I could, I wouldn’t rate 1 star.
