  Extremely disappointed! I used the app, so my order would be ready when I arrived and it said it would be there at 1105. When I arrived and input, the stall number, it showed it was busy so I pushed the red button and told the guy I was there, giving him my order and name. I was told my order was ready and it would be right. It was 1122 before I received my order! The food was cold and shake melted. The car hop was very rude! Needless to say, I will never go back to this sonic!!!

  The smasher meal is great. The food was fresh and the drink was great. Will be back, when going back to Memphis.

  Terrible customer service. Had to go back 3 times to still get my order wrong! They had an attitude, and one girl was laughing. I’ll never come back.
