Livya became the spokeswoman for everyone. “We don’t know her number, we can’t give out her number, idk her email”…. But if you are willing to provide poor customer service, be willing to give the manager/owner number out as well. Im suppose to wait till Monday to call and talk to the owner Ms.Jen, or Ms. somebody. The name changed several times as well. If u are working in a service based job… be willing to serve all ethnicities AND be kind to all ages… not just your kind. It’s a shame, those ladies were so young, and the hatefulness was so real. I do however appreciate the African American young lady, once she realized what happened… she tried to save the experience. I do believe this was Olivia. I could be wrong… they provided their names at the end( supposedly). Olivia, Livya, Audrey, and Brooklyn, are the names provided. We won’t be back. My money is no good there. I will definitely pass it on to my fellow vets, moms, and more.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
