    Bought potatos once, didn't fill the bowl all the way, bought them again the next week, same thing, went in tonight and paid for extra, and it's even less than usual. Get it together

    We ordered from here a couple nights ago and I ate one of burritos but I tore the other one in half took a bite and looked down at thw other half to see hair in my burrito!! So disgusting I wanted to puke! I contacted taco bell was told someone one contact mw back and yet nobody has even tried! Them burritos are to expensive for that, definitely will.not be going back 🤮🤮

    I had to wait 25 min for 2 burritos. The people serving were nice, but it seemed like organization was not there. It’s disappointing because I really like Taco Bell. They just move at a glacial speed here. Probably going to pass on this next time unless I have an hour to spare.

    Of all the Taco Bell's I've ever eaten at and said "well that was a mistake", this takes 1st place by a mile. If you've ever watched videos of people throwing food across the counter and wondered "what would make a person act like that?", order from this location. Somehow, in today's society, the kitchen staff here has lowered the bar for idgaf. This place should be reported for fraud if what they push out of the window is for human consumption.

    As soon as I walked through the door the cashier looked at me and rolled her eyes and said what do you want. I told her I had placed an order with the app. She looked at me and said I didn't check you in because we have a 15 minute wait on online orders and my lobby is closed. Then stated you can get online and cancel your order if you like. Never experience anything like this before smh
