Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

A manager should be able to train an employee and still deliver great customer service . She had the worst attitude from the speaker all the way to the window . She came outside sweaty and funky and blamed her horrible service on her employee in training . Mind you his customer service was ALOT better. We declined the second order due to her forgetting to ask for payment , had us pull up for an order they screwed up , and said she didn’t have a second order for us after having to repeat the order 15x’s at the window . Get her out of there before she runs the place down the drain .

When I walked into this particular location the service was terrible, the lady at the counter constantly was forgetting drinks, walking away from the counter, carrying on conversations with the kitchen staff while ignoring customers. The manager had to tell an employee to get back to work after taking to long on a break. The employee replied rudely to the manager telling her to come tell her next time. Workers lounging around on their phones. The kitchen staff having loud inappropriate conversations while customers were waiting for service. I believe this staff needs to be trained in ethics.
