  The drive thru window, the young lady should be fired. I arrived Friday at 4/10/2026, 11:15 am she had a very bad attitude, I asked for ketchup twice and she it was in the bag 🎒 and it wasn't. Her customer service is horrible 😑. I can say that the Dave Double was very good, but the French fries 🍟 were cold 🥶.

  I ordered five 4$ biggie bites bags and all my fries were cold and soggy!!

  No utensils, so straw, ordered a potatoes, but got loaded fries instead, and no communication if i wanted substitute, or of they didnt have anything. Be better

  Esto se esta saliendo de control, que mierda estar esperando mas de 40 minutos por una orden de dordas, mientras los empleados dentro del restaurante relajados con sueño sin ganas de trabajar, mantienen solo fumando afuera del negocio, mientras miles de carros de van por mucha espera, mucha negligence los empleados en los negocios

  Food was fine, but I had placed a mobile order maybe 15 mins and advance. When I get there, there is 1 other person in the drive thru and both of us have to pull past the window and wait for our food so they don't mess their Drive-thru times up i guess? (Maybe if you had the food made 15 mins ago you wouldn't have to worry about that?) It took another 20 mins just to get my food and at that point there was a line around the building. He was nice enough to apologize for the wait, but waiting 30+ mins for FAST FOOD, especially when placed 15 mins prior to arriving. Like seriously how does that happen?
