  I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. The manager, Kim, treated my two teenage daughters in a very rude and unprofessional manner. There was no reason for the tone or attitude they received, and it made them feel uncomfortable. Customer service—especially from management—should reflect respect, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit. I strongly encourage better training and accountability for managers, as this experience did not reflect the level of service customers deserve. Very poor experience overall.

  The girl on the speaker and at the window needs to work on her social skills. I felt like she was annoyed that I was even in her line ordering food. I Just wanna let you guys know that comes off as very rude and unwelcoming. I don’t appreciate it. It’s not hard to smile!! it made me feel very unwelcomed. I won’t be back to this location. I cant imagine how much money the owners are losing due to these I don’t want to be here attitudes. How hard is it to have a friendly establishment that smiles and cares about their customers? Wow

  I am BEYOND tired of the attitudes and inaccuracies. Messing up someone’s order and having an attitude is adding insult to injury. How hard is it to make sure you give someone the correct lemonade? I seriously would love to know. I CANNOT HAVE HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. So when I order Minute Maid zero sugar with no ice(which is on the receipt), that’s what I expect. Ppl have health conditions that call for little to no sugar so your carelessness could literally mean making someone ill and/or causing agonizing pain. I say this as someone that once worked in fast food, Popeyes I might add. It’s not hard to accurately prepare an order. No one forced any of you to choose that line of work so why treat the customers as if they did? How are we to advance as a society if making fast food orders is a task that proves impossible? It costs you nothing to be pleasant and get someone’s order right. Do better.
