  This is a terrible location. I am shocked that it's so bad considering its so close to the hospital. Today the drive thru was closed but didn't have a note saying it. After sitting there for a min and getting no response, we had to say hello for the staff to say the drive thru was closed and we had to come inside. One of the female staff members was walking around behind the counter talking on speaker phone. The bathrooms weren't stocked with tissue or papertowels. It took way to long to just get just an order of fries. Everyone waiting looked frustrated. They had 2 ppl counting a large order of chicken nuggets.... why is that a 2 person job?

  They are running a scam . You ask for a 6 dollar meal and they automatically upsize it . To like 8 bucks. Then act very ignorant when you say something. The heavy set woman in there was very mouthy and disrespectful. The one who gave my dollar back was alright tho just not the 5th ninja turtle

  It was a pleasant and calming atmosphere. The crew was amazing and everyone made me feel welcomed... most importantly My food was hot and fresh.. I ordered 3 of the 8 dollar biggie bagg specials they are offering right now!!!! TO THE ENTIRE CREW GIVE YOURSELVES A HAND FOR DOING SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!

  If only we can give zero stars, horrible burnt food, crappy service, disgusting unsanitary place. When you drive up to the window, the workers are beating a metal bar that’s part of their restaurant equipment on the dirty, filthy ground that probably will put be back to be used for our food. Just wasted $20 to eat garbage!!!

  On March 24, 2026, I visited Wendy's around 10:00 a.m., and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I pulled up, there was only one car ahead of me at the pickup window. I waited several minutes without any acknowledgment, and had to say “Hello, is anyone there?” just to get a response. When someone finally replied, the tone was rude and dismissive. It took until about 10:07 a.m. for my order to even be taken, and by then, several cars had lined up behind me. At the pickup window, the employee was handling a long silver tray looking thing, which she kept dragging it on the ground as though she was just killing time. When one of the other Wendy employees said someone had left. I overheard her say “I don’t care”. I didn’t receive my food until around 10:15 a.m.—a 15-minute wait with only one car ahead of me, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. While the food itself was good, the service and overall experience were not worth it. I hope management takes steps to improve professionalism, response time, and customer service at this location.
