  Surdonicus Hilliard and her sister attended this establishment on 3/26/26 and were treated horrendously. They asked a worker who just started a shift to wash his hands, and another worker was offended. The cashier called them “Stupid” and proceeded to help another customer. Were they treated adversely because they were minorities? Were they treated adversely because they asked the establishment to follow cleanliness procedures? Were they treated adversely because employees believed there would be no consequences? Degrading, hostile, and discriminatory practices should not be tolerated in any public establishment. Tropical Smoothie, this unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated and measures should be taken to prevent future encounters. Customer Service is still a virtue.

  I tried the cherry berry smoothie which is delicious and it was sold out at almost all locations. I hope they make it a permanent item!!

  I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. The lady followed my daughter out to her car JUST BECAUSE she used the restroom. This is so unacceptable. I called to try to see the reason for this and the lady was very argumentative.

  Food was fresh and hot. Smoothie was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Great customer service.
