  Trying to just pick up a DoorDash order and getting met with EXTREMELY RUDE employees that refuse to help and when they finally did choose to have a horrible attitude. This is NOT good customer service or how you treat customers regardless of who they are, what they look like, or if the order is for themselves or someone else. Do better Taco Bell PLEASE smh

  Omarion and Rakeem were so polite, professional, and thoughtful. Not only was my food, hot correct and on time. These gentalman made sure that the went above and beyond. This type of customer service is hard to find.... They handled the long line without stress... I truly give them a 10/10

  I pulled up to the drive-thru at 11:30 pm. Waited 5 minutes before anyone would respond. Then said they are in the middle of a shift change, after another 5 minutes he told me they are only accepting door dash orders. By far the worst drive thru experience. Would avoid this place at all costs!

  At random times at night when the staff doesn’t feel like working they’ll say, “Shift change”. This happened tonight at 9:40 pm and 3 weeks around 11:30pm on a Friday night. They make you wait so long at the drive thru mic hoping you drive off and then they will say shift change. Take my advice and go to the Riverdale location, they are always consistent with great service and have been for many years. It worth driving the extra miles. No need for the generic corporate response “We strive for excellent service.” Do better.
