  The only problem I've had is the wait time for To Go orders from inside being a little too long but the staff is almost always polite and apologetic

  Stopped by tonight to get my son some food. Waited almost 39mins for a discovery box. The whole time the young lady making our food is talking on her beats headphones we can hear the whole conversation. She talked the entire 30mins and don't make a complete order the whole time. The manger walks over and tells me it's because they are busy like we can't hear that girl and see her talking on her phone. Of course the food was wrong but hey go figure. They are states to become like the business on Winchester in Memphis which says a lot.

  Lucy provided great customer service. Helped me place my order, chatted while I waited for my food, and brought and checked on everything when it was ready. Thank you!

  Stopped by for fries and noticed my other order that's handy, picked up from the other location had beef in the nacho chips. The staff here were very helpful, and they exchanged with no beef dip immediately. Excellent service! I appreciate the team. Hassle-free when the team understands the customers.
