  They don’t care about what they put in your bag when you are in the drive thru so I suggest you check your bag before you go because if you ask them is everything is in the bag before you go and they say yes don’t believe them

  Rude employees always making your food like trash and completely wrong and then get an attitude when you ask them to correct their mistakes. Have reached out to Jessica at hrg for months now and she won't respond either, so all of these automated responses by the company who owns these locations are a complete lie too. They could care less!!!!

  Think this has the best service and Drive thru out of the taco bells i've been to around East Memphis. Everytime I order, There's no wait and it's in a convenient location and great wanna get a quick bite late at night.

  This specific location is always on point. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is usually quick and has our order correct every time.

  Was prompted to use the kiosk even though I dont prefer it. Order took almost 20 minutes when most people only get 30 minutes for lunch. Food was good. As I was eating I observed an elderly couple visibly upset because they were told they had to use the kiosk. They had issues and lucky ab employee that works the line happened to walk by and show them. This will be the last time I ever go to this taco bell. I wouldnt waste your time or mo my coming here
