On 03/18/2026, I ordered my lunch via mobile app. When I arrived at the restaurant. A young man greeted me. I stated I had a mobile order for Jai. The young man then told his manager/lady about the online order. The manager/lady approached me and asked me to verify the account number. I gave her my personal cell number, then realized my husband was on the account and told her his number. She then states that she called my husband earlier and asked if he had placed an order; however, they never mentioned the name under the order during the call. The conversation with my husband was short. She said, “Did you order Subway?” when he answered. She didn't say the order name, nothing. He stated he didn't order Subway, which is true. My husband didn't order or pay for my lunch because I did on our mobile account. I showed the manager my subway account with my order on the screen with the receipt. I stated the name for my order. She asked me for my ID for my order, and I told her I go by a nickname for online orders so my government name wouldn't match the ticket. I also had my husband on the phone and asked the young lady to call my husband again to verify.
I showed my online receipt and called my husband to verify since she didn't. The lady/manager still cancelled my order and told me to get in line. I am irritated. How she carried herself was rude, arrogant, and distasteful. I do NOT appreciate being treated like a problem. I asked her to call my husband again, and she did not. She did this all over a $7 sandwich that I paid for in advance. I left this established pissed off. I only had limited time to grab food, hence why I ordered via the mobile app. I deleted the app will never return to this place again.
I contacted Subway Support. They were also dismissive. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience or the behavior. The entire encounter was frustrating. They indicate frequent fraud; however, if I am showing you that I paid for and placed the order, and I have proof of my order via the mobile app, I don't appreciate being treated like some criminal. This establishment is very distasteful.

The way you have to contact support is annoying. I've contacted them over 3 times for the same issue. You get one email back from them and then they send you an email saying your claim has been resolved even if it's not. I am still reaching out for my refund. Apparently, the lady gave me another customer’s voided receipt. This place is unprofessional. I'll dispute the transaction with my bank.

Health department needs to investigate this establishment. No restroom available to paying customers to be able to wash their hands prior to eating their meal. No hand sanitizer available either with no access to restroom.

Went to get my usual! Employee was attempting to use chopped end pieces that looked spoiled to make my spicy Italian footlong. She was extremely argumentative and unfriendly. The order of them putting condiments on was changed to before veggies. I didn't want that. After getting frustrated, I just left. I frequent this location often. I have never experienced not one problem. I might not be returning for quite awhile because the experience was just unacceptable. They were down to the last few tomatoes. When I asked for fresh, the employee said there wasn't anything wrong with them. I was looking at the food which was horrible.
