  I didn't get everything that i ordered when the Young lady bright or my food. She had to go back and get the rest of my order. My smash burgers was lukewarm and my 2 order of fries were cold and greasy. I also ordered grove sauce for both of my combos but the manager refused to give them to me. He told me that I would have to purchase them although I added them on to my order on the app. 2 years ago this was the best Sonic in Memphis. Now the wait is 45 minutes and the staff don't pay attention to what's on your ticket.

  Asked and paid for double smash burger. Was given the regular burgers. If you dont have something then just say that. Don't substitute without the customers permission. I want a refund.

  Out of smashers so I ordered a sonic burger without onions and tomatoes. Young man came to the car to take order while I was at #7. Asked what I wanted. Took a while for him to return to my car to finish my order. Burger didn't have pickles and told, we're out of that too. Fries were not hot so had to send them back also. Another guy came out to my car and seemed quite upset that I inquired about my food order. I asked why I wasn't told, he stated that they were out of a lot of things due to the truck coming the next day. I can understand being stressed at the restaurant but no reason for rudeness to customers. Just be upfront and let us know what items you're lacking so I can choose a different place.

  Ordered 2 double smash burgers and 1 medium tater tot.. told on speaker order was $ 13.21...when food brought to car, she said order was $20 something..I asked what changed and she said it was for 2 smash burger meals with drinks..I then asked her what drinks they were because I wasn't ever ask..she said they gave me water...I told her to take back and correct the order to exactly what I ordered..all the while of her going in and out, food is getting cold. She then about threw the 3 packs of ketchup into my car....my biggest question is why would I pay for water ?? Awful experience here.
